On-line orders:

Our artwork is carefully hand packaged for dispatch in strong box’s. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrived damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and email us photographs of the damage to the artwork and packaging. We will not be held liable for any defects identified after 48 hours of delivery. Please return the item to us within 10 days of receiving it in its original packaging and we will replace the item for you free of charge.
