1. Always use the supplied mains cable fitted with an internal 3A fuse.

2. The internal electrical wiring of the unit and the mains cable must not be modified in any way. This invalidates the warranty.

3. The neon artwork can be controlled by a time switch if required.

4. External light dimmer switches cannot be used to control the brightness of the neon.

5. The artwork is designed primarily for the UK market 240V mains voltage.

6. The artwork can be used in other 240V mains voltage markets with an appropriate mains plug adapter.

7. The artwork can be used in 110V mains voltage markets with an appropriate step up transformer.

1. During installation, always disconnect from the mains supply.

2. The ‘plug and play’ design requires no specialist fitting. Simply hang in position using strong wall hooks and plug the unit into a 240v mains socket.

3. The unit is designed for indoor use only.

4. Position out of the reach of small children and away from areas where it could be easily knocked or damaged.

1. Neon tubes indoors can last for as long as 50 years.

2. It is not recommended that they are left switched on 24 hours a day, every day. ( Will reduce life span and waste energy )

3. If a neon tube is accidentally broken or the unit has a fault, disconnect from the mains supply immediately and refer to qualified service personnel.

1. During cleaning, always disconnect from the mains supply.

2. Clean aluminium surfaces with a soft cloth. If necessary use window or glass cleaner to remove fingerprints or marks.

3.Use a soft brush or damp cloth to clean the neon tubes and be very careful not to apply any pressure to the tubes which could cause them to crack.

1. We provide a 1 Year warranty on neon art from date of purchase. against any electrical defects or failure. This does not include glass tube breakage or damage to the artwork.
